General Information

The Harrison Town Court sessions are held in the courtroom at the Municipal Building at 1 Heineman Place in Harrison. Court is in session virtually every Tuesday for criminal and traffic matters. Court is also in session on many Thursdays for violations of Town ordinances, civil and/or small claim matters and traffic matters. These sessions start at 9:00AM. Court is also in session one (1) Wednesday a month in the evening starting at 7:00PM for civil and or small claim matters only. No traffic matters are heard on night court calendars. Landlord/Tenant matters (Summary Proceedings) are generally held on our Thursday calendars.

**Closed for lunch between 12:30pm and 1:30pm (customers must arrive by 12:15pm to be helped before lunch)**
 
Tuesday and Thursday
9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
**The office will close for a lunch break once Court finishes and the Judge leaves the bench. Times vary.  N.B.: The office may close for the day entirely and may not reopen if the Judge remains on the bench past 1:30 p.m.**
