Public Authority’s Mission Statement:  To construct, operate and maintain projects in the Town/Village of Harrison for the parking and storage of motor and other vehicles.

Performance Goals are project specific:  Current project being explored by the Board is the Construction of a Transit Oriented Parking Structure and Associated commercial/residential development in Downtown Town/Village to support a revitalization of the downtown business district.
