1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1.   Request by Comptroller Maureen MacKenzie for authorization of the following Budget Modification:

            Increase:

            005-0000-020-2680                                                    $596

            Village-Insurance of Recoveries

            Increase:

            005-8160-100-0402                                                    $596

            Sanitation-Equip Mtce Repairs

Monies received from Geico Insurance Company which represents damages to Village Sanitation truck plate #16 on September 29, 2016.

2.   Request by the Purchasing Department to award Goosetown Communications, Congers, New York the bid for the purchase of the Radio Backhaul Transport System at a net bid price of $32,922.20. Funding for this is available within the Capital Account #12PO23.

3.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval for Purchase Order #363382, issued to Goosetown Communications, in the amount of $32,922.20, for the purchase of equipment and labor to upgrade the voter satellite backhaul system (Radio communications). Funding is available in Police Capital Budget 12PO23, account #006-3120-100-98-70.
