  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #360859, issued to Intelli-Tec Security Services, for the purchase of (10) High Definition CCTV systems for the town wide surveillance project, in the amount of $95,630.00.  The equipment will be purchased through New York State Contract #PT64406.  Funding is available in the 2014 Police Capital Budget, 14PO21, account #006-3120-100-98-70.

 

2.   Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for authorization to enter into a new Master Price Agreement with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) in order to purchase through NASPO cooperative contracts.

 

3.   Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson, for approval to eliminate the Commercial Garbage and Recycling Collection Program.
