  1. REPORT FROM MAYOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON JUNE 2, 2016

 

1.   Appointment of Raymond Colassacco to the Department of Public Works at an hourly rate of $11.00 per hour effective Monday June 6, 2016.

  1. PUBLIC HEARING

 

1.   Public Hearing RE: Westchester Joint Water Works Increase and Improvements of Facilities for the Consolidated Water District.

 

2.   Public Hearing RE: Amending Chapter 155 entitled “Garbage, Rubbish and Refuse” by amending Section 155-1 Placement for collection; collection in commercial districts.

  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1.   Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for authorization to close out the list of Westchester Joint Water Works Capital Projects and transfer the monies to the Debt Service Fund to be used to pay down the debt of Water District #2.  The projects have all been completed.

 

2.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #361690, issued to Major Police and Fire Supply, in the amount of $80,268.72 for the purchase of (4) four-camera Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) systems, including installation and extended warranty.  Funding is available in the 2013 Capital Budget 13PO15, account #006-3120-100-98-70.

 

3.   Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for authorization to make The Westchester Bank an official depository for the funds of the Town/Village of Harrison.
