1.   Public Hearing RE: The Consolidated Water District – Westchester Joint Water Works – Increase in Cost Barry Avenue/Macy Road Water Main

  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for authorization to enter into an agreement with Capital Markets Advisors, LLC, formerly NYMAC, for financial advisory services. The contract has been reviewed by the law department and determined to be in order. Further request to authorize the Mayor to execute the contract.

 

2.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a bond resolution in the amount of $1,355,000.00 for the increased cost of improvements for the Consolidated Water District.

 

3.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #362336, issued to Enforcement Video, LLC for the purchase of (4) In-Car Video Systems for police department vehicles.  The total cost of the four units including warranty, installation and training is $39,542.58.  The equipment will be purchased through New York State Contract #PM21090.  Funding is available in the 2013 Police Capital Budget, 13PO15, account #006-3120-100-98-70.

 

4.   Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for authorization to enter into a professional services contract with Langan Engineering for work related to the design and preparation of construction documents for the Drainage Improvements at 334 West Street at a cost not to exceed $17,500.00.  Further authorization is requested for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Langan Engineering in an amount not to excess $17,500.00.  Funding for this contract is available in the Engineering Department Operating Budget – Special Services Account – 001-1440-100-0407.

 

5.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie to schedule a Public Hearing RE: Westchester Joint Water Works Projects for the September 1, 2016 Village Board Meeting.  

 

6.    Request by Mayor Belmont, for approval to replace approximately 1,000 feet of water main on Douglas Circle in the Greenhaven section of Rye.  The preliminary total project cost estimate is $600,000.00 which will be shared as follows: Village of Mamaroneck – 26.7% or $160,200.00, Town of Mamaroneck – 19.0% or $114,000.00, the Town of Harrison – 54.3% or 325,800.00.
