  1.   Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for authorization to add Andrew Planamento to the Part-Time Availability List in the Sanitation Department effective July 20, 2015 at an hourly rate of $11.00.  Further funding is available in the Sanitation Operating Budget Account Number 005-8160-100-0130

Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for authorization to add Anthony Bonsignore as a Part-Time employee in the Sanitation Department effective July 17, 2015 at an hourly rate of $11.00.  Further funding is available in the Sanitation Operating Budget Account Number 005-8160-100-0130.

1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Roadway Rehabilitation of Barnes Lane, Underhill Avenue and West Street project.

1. Request by Town Attorney Frank Allegretti for approval of the Inter-Municipal Mutual Aid and Rapid Response Agreement between the Village of Harrison and Westchester County Department of Public Safety for a term of July 31, 2015 through July 30, 2020.  Further request to authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement.

1. Request by Deputy Village Attorney Christopher Cipolla for approval of the Stormwater Control Facility Easement and Maintenance Agreement between 450 Mamaroneck Avenue, LLC and the Town/Village of Harrison.  Further request to authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement so that it may be recorded in the Westchester County Clerk’s Office.  Further request to approve the release of the Letter of Credit.

Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for approval of the Award of Bid Recommendation for the Harrison Leaf Transfer Station Site Improvements to LauraLi Industries, LLC, at a net bid price of $197,025.00.  Funding for this work is available in Capital Account #14HW11.  Further request to authorize the Law Department to prepare the contract and the Mayor to execute the same.  Further authorize the Treasurer, upon receipt of claims to audit and upon audit the Mayor is to pay same.

5a. Bond Resolution for Lincoln Lane Drainage and Bridge Repairs.

5b. Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for approval of the Award of Bid Recommendation for the Lincoln Lane Drainage and Bridge Repairs to ELQ Industries, Inc., at a net bid price of $417,625.00.  Funding for this work is available in Capital Account #14DR03.  Further request to authorize the Law Department to prepare the contract and the Mayor to execute the same.  Further authorize the Treasurer, upon receipt of claims to audit and upon audit the Mayor is to pay same.

1. Request by Chief of Police Anthony Marraccini for authorization to execute the contract with Intelli-Tec Security Services for the purchase of Avigilon Surveillance Equipment.

Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for approval of a purchase order to Intelli-Tec Security Services LLC in the amount of $85,332.00, for the purchase of Avigilon Equipment 16MP Cameras for the police department.  Funds are available in Capital Account 14PO21.  Purchase is being made under NYS Contract PT64406.
