  1. REPORT FROM MAYOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION ON JUNE 18, 2015
    1. Authorization to change title of Anthony Giacalone from Sanitation Worker/Backup Driver to HMEO (MEO2).
    2. Authorization to change title of Stephen Donworth from Sanitation Worker to Sanitation Worker/Backup Driver.
    3. Authorization to change title of Kevin Balfe from Sanitation Worker to Sanitation Worker/Backup Driver.
    4. Authorization to change title of Anthony Cacciola from Sanitation Worker/Backup Driver to Sanitation Worker.

  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:

 

  1. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for approval of a bond resolution in the amount of $1,983,000.00 for Heavy Equipment and Machinery.

 

  1. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for approval of a bond resolution in the amount of $753,000.00 for Various Capital Items.

 

  1. Request by Village Engineer Mike Amodeo for approval of the Award of Bid Recommendation for the Roadway Rehabilitation of Underhill Ave., Barnes Lane and West Street Project to Bilotta Construction at a net bid price of $1,750,000.00.  Funding for this project is available in DPW Capital Account #15HW03.  Further request to authorize the Law Department to prepare the contract and the Mayor execute the same.  Further authorize the Treasurer, upon receipt of claims to audit and upon audit that the Mayor is to pay same.

4.   Request by Village Engineer Mike Amodeo for authorization of a professional services contract with Woodard and Curran for construction inspection and monitoring services for the Lincoln Lane Roadway and Bridge Repair Project at a cost not to exceed $57,700.00.  Further authorization is requested for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order to Woodard and Curran in an amount not to exceed $57,700.00.  Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account #14DR03-Lincoln Lane Drainage District.

 

                              5.   Request by Village Engineer Mike Amodeo for authorization of a professional services contract with VHB for services related to construction administration and inspection services for the Roadway Rehabilitation of Barnes Lane, Underhill Avenue and West Street Project at a cost not to exceed $51,700.00.  Further authorization is requested for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase order payable to VHB in an amount not to exceed $51,700.00.  Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account #15HW03.
