ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by the Purchasing Department for Purchase Order number 371087, issued to Vance Country Ford, c/o T.C.D., in the amount of $50,382.75 for the purchase of a 2017 Ford Interceptor Utility AWD vehicle. Vehicle will be purchased through Rockland County Contract RFB-RC-2015-059. Funding is available in Police Capital budget 13PO15, account # 006-3120-100-9870.

2. Request by the Purchasing Department for Purchase Order number 371088, issued to John Vance Motors, c/o T.C.D, in the amount of $38,246.50 for the purchase of a 2017 Unmarked Dodge Charger. Vehicle will be purchased through Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-15182. Funding is available in Police Capital budget 13PO15, account # 006-3120-100-9870.

3. Request by the Purchasing Department for authorization for Mayor Ron Belmont and Fire Chief John Masciola, Jr. to execute a contract, after Law Department review, with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, in the amount of $1,485,762, for the purchase of a 95’ Aerial ladder truck for Fire District #2. Further request for Purchase Order #371072, for above stated equipment, to be issued upon contract being executed. Funding is available in Capital Budget 17F203, account # 006-3411-100-98-75.
