4 – FULL SIZE APPLICATION SETS

Four full sets, including forms, applications, letters, maps, plans and any other submitted documentation.  (All plans to be full sized, “to-scale” drawings)

1 – DIGITAL SUBMISSION

All digital submissions are to be in a .PDF format and must include all forms, applications, maps, plans and any other submitted documentation.

The digital submission must be on a CD or DVD disk and must be clearly labeled with the applicant name, property address and block and lot, on the top surface of the disk.

7 – 11”x17” PLAN SETS (drawings only)

Seven sets of all drawings, plans, and maps reduced to fit 11”x17” paper size.
