A.  REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING TOWN BOARD MEETING HELD ON MARCH 9, 2015

1.Authorization to settle the claim in the matter of Brescia v. Town of Harrison.

2.Authorization to raise cap on legal fees to $75,000 for Project Home Run.

3.Authorization for the Supervisor to sign release on a restrictive covenant on the DiLuna property at 85-87 Gainsborg Avenue for the amount of $10,000.

4.Authorization to approve a professional services contract with Millennium Strategies for grant writing services.

5.Authorization to appoint Joseph Bisbano as an alternate crossing guard, at an hourly rate of $19.50.

C.  PUBLIC HEARING:

D.  PERSONNEL:

1.Request by Superintendent of Recreation Gerry Salvo to attend the New York State Recreation and Parks Society Conference on April 25 – April 27, 2015 in Saratoga Springs, New York at a cost for registration and travel expense not to exceed $850.00. This is a budgeted item.

E.  ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION:

1.Request to consider enacting Local Law Entitled Residential Parking System in the Town of Harrison.

2.Request by Comptroller Maureen MacKenzie for a budget modification.

3.Request by Building Inspector Robert Fitzsimmons on behalf of the Colon Cancer Challenge Foundation for approval of a Special Event Permit for their Remembrance & Prevention Walk at Manhattanville College on Sunday March 29 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Further request that the permit fee be waived.

4.Request by Rabbi Hammerman for authorization to close Union Avenue between Ramapo Trail and Cayuga Trail on Sunday April 26, 2015 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM to hold a parade/walk from the Young Israel of Harrison leading to the synagogue building for the dedication of the renewed Synagogue Sanctuary.
