A.        REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING TOWN BOARD MEETING HELD ON, JUNE 6, 2013.
           1.         Authorization to change the status to permanent part time status for library employee Rosa Karkoff effective June 15, 2013.
            2.       Settlement of claim in the matter of Gambacorta vs Town of Harrison.
            3.       Appointment of Joseph Pizzarello to the position of Superintendent of Fire Equipment/Paid Fire Fighters effective June 10, 2013

B.        CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS:
            1a.       Monthly report by the Building Inspector for May 2013.
            1b.       Monthly report by the Receiver of Taxes for May 2013.
            1c.       Monthly report by the Acting Fire Marshal for May 2013.
            1d.       Monthly report by the Town Clerk for May 2013.
            1e.       Monthly report by the Commissioner of Public Works    for May 2013.

C.        PUBLIC HEARING:
            None

D. PERSONNEL:
1. Request by Personnel Manager Debra Scocchera for approval for the attached list of those who have applied and have been interviewed for the 2013 Pool and Camp Session.

2. Request by Library Director Galina Chernykh for approval to hire Sheria Patrick as a part time availability library page at $9.00 per hour not to exceed 17.5 hours a week.

3. Request by Chief of Police Anthony Marraccini for approval for the promotion of P.O. Erin Hinchey to the rank of K9 officer, retroactive to April 15, 2013, at an annual salary of $100,503.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
1. Request by Town Attorney Frank Allegretti for approval to schedule a Public Hearing on July 18, 2013 for a Proposed Local Law RE: Amending Chapter 183 entitled “Peddling and Soliciting and Do Not Knock Registry”.

2. Request by Daniel Laub, attorney with the firm of Cuddy & Feder on behalf of various owners of properties along Lincoln Lane for approval to establish a new drainage district and authorize the preparation of a plan to address the noted concerns.

3. Request by Superintendent of Recreation Gerry Salvo for authorization to accept the following $100 donations per merchant for the 2013 Summer Concert Series: The Community Mutual Charitable Foundation, Vasi's Deli and Westchester Burger.

4. Request by Comptroller Maureen MacKenzie for approval for a budget transfer.

5. Request to schedule a Public Hearing on July 18, 2013; RE: Water Rates. (No back up)

6. Request by Superintendent of Recreation Gerry Salvo for authorization to accept the following donation for $25,548.00 from the Tanabaum Foundation for the Sollazzo Center. The donation money will go towards a new rubber floor for the fitness center and painting of the fitness center, gymnasium, and outdoor overhang.
