  1. Request by the Harrison Public Library Board of Trustees for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the renovation of the Halperin Building.
  1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for approval of the 2014 Proposed DPW Capital Budget.

 

  1. Request by Chief of Police Anthony Marraccini for approval of the 2014 Proposed Police Capital Budget.

 

  1. Request by Library Director Galina Chernykh for approval of the 2014 Proposed West Harrison Library Capital Budget.

 

  1. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for approval to bond the following at an amount to be determined by the Village Board:

a)Police 2014 Capital

b)Police Town Wide Surveillance System (Carryover from 2013)

c)West Harrison Library 2014 Capital

d)DPW 2014 Capital

e)Downtown Library Renovation, Town’s Committed Share
