E.  ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:

1.Request by Nina Frandson, owner of 7 Century Trail, for approval to join the Century Trail Sewer District. The owner will pay $12,848.50 for back charges associated with connecting to the sewer on the street.

2.Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for authorization to reschedule the date of March 19, 2015 for a Public Hearing RE: Consolidated Water District – Westchester Joint Water Works Rehabilitation of the Woodside Avenue Water tank to April 16, 2015.

3.Request to consider enacting Local Law Entitled Residential Parking System in the Town of Harrison.

Late Items:

4.Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for authorization for a Professional Services Contract with VHB for work associated with the development of construction and bid documents for the roadway rehabilitation of West Street and Underhill Avenue and pavement design of Barnes Lane at an amount not to exceed $58,600.00. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order payable to VHB in an amount not to exceed $58,600.00. Funding is available in Capital Account #15HW03. Further request for the Law Department to review the proposal and upon review the Town/Village Engineer to execute same.

5.Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie to schedule a Public Hearing on April 16, 2015 for the increase and improvement of the Consolidated Sewer District in the Village of Harrison.
