MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON

TO BE HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING

A.  REPORT FROM MAYOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION ON FEBRUARY 10, 2014.

 

  1. Approval to appoint Robert Fraioli as a Sanitation Worker in the Department of Public Works, at the annual salary of $55,995, which is 80% of the Teamster Contract for a Sanitation Worker, effective February 17, 2014.

 

  1. Authorization to Schedule a Public Hearing on Real Property Easement by the Town of Harrison on property known as Block 604, Lot 33 or more commonly known as 4 Puritan Road.

C.  PUBLIC HEARING:

 

  1. PUBLIC HEARING – for the purpose of determining the amount and extent of the real property to be acquired by the Town of Harrison by easement on real property known as Block 604, Lot 33and more commonly known as 4 Puritan Road, Rye, New York 10580. The Condemnation and easement is necessary for stormwater and drainage infrastructure improvements in the vicinity of the subject property.
