TO BE HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING,
1 HEINEMAN PLACE, HARRISON, NY., IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY,
ON, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2013 AT 7:30 PM,

A.        REPORT FROM MAYOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD ON NOVEMBER 7, 2013.

 B.        CORRESPONDENCE AND REPORTS:

E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
            1.         Request by Purchasing Department Clerk Opal McLean for approval for the following Purchase Orders for Bi-Directional Antennas issued to Metrocom Wireless, Inc., at the following locations:
               1.  Purchase Order #333352, for Harrison Elementary School, total cost $20,339.86.
               2.  Purchase Order #333359, for Purchase Elementary School, total cost $15,386.96.
               3.  Purchase Order #333360, for Parsons Elementary School, total cost, $22,481.56.
               4.  Purchase Order #333361, for Preston Elementary School, total cost $20,246.86.
                       Further, funding is available in the 2012 Capital Budget, Project #12PO23, Account #006-3120-100-98-70.

            2.        Request by Chief of Police Anthony Marraccini for approval to amend Section 38-55 of the Village Code to read No Parking from 3am to 6am on Heineman Place, from Harrison Avenue to Bruce Avenue.  The Section currently reads No parking from 4am to 6am which is in error.
LATE
ITEM: 3.        Notification by Village Attorney Jonathan Kraut that in order to implement TBR #2013-274, dated August 29, 2013 authorizing the dedications of Oak Ridge Manor and Oak Valley Subdivision Streets also authorized by VBR#2013-074, it is necessary to cancel the taxes on said streets now that they are dedicated to the Town and Village of Harrison.  Said cancellation may be made by resolutions that the Town and Village Board enact.
