A.        REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD ON , DECEMBER 5, 2013.

E.        ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
           1.     Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for approval for the proposed prices for the optional purchase of additional carts used in the Automated Sanitation Program as well as a comparison to retail pricing for similar sized carts.

         2.       Request by the Treasurer to accept a donation from the Purchase Community, Inc., in the amount of $10,000.  This donation will be deposited to Project #13Sl17-Beautification.

          3.      Notification by Assessor Mark Heinbockel that the Assessor’s Office has recently completed a data base of the Towns assessment records and scanning the Town's property cards into the Assessor’s assessment program.  Their office now has a kiosk with printer. The Assessor is looking to make their records available to the public via the internet.  Request for approval to accept the contract for the installation at a cost of $1,500.  Further requested for the Law Department to review the contract and upon review the Mayor to execute same.  Further, funding is available in Capital Account #12DP08.
