MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE TOWN OF HARRISON,

TO BE HELD AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING,

1 HEINEMAN PLACE, HARRISON, NY., IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY,

A.        REPORT FROM MAYOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON APRIL 18, 2013.

            1.         Authorization of the promotion of Alfred Volpe to the position of HMEO in the division of the DPW, effective April 22, 2013.

            2.         Authorization of the promotion of Anthony Sacco to the position of Sanitation Worker/Driver in the division of the DPW, effective April 22, 2013.

E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:

            1.         Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Cottage Avenue Pump Infiltration Removal Project.  Further, funding is available is Capital Account #12SD13.

 

            2.         Request by Mayor Belmont to move forward in adopting a Home Rule resolution supporting both the New York State Assembly Bill No. A6829 and the New York State Senate Bill No. 2059-A in relation to the imposition of a Hotel Occupancy Tax in the Village of Harrison.
