Pools installed for the summer only

A PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO USE THESE TYPES OF POOLS (TEMPORARY STRUCTURE PERMIT)
Must meet New York State barrier requirements and Town of Harrison Zoning setback requirements
A site plan showing setbacks along with specifications of the pool must be submitted. You can call and ask an Inspector what your setbacks are.
