- Request by Village Engineer Michael Amodeo for authorization for a Professional Services Contract with GHD Consulting Services for engineering design related to various pump stations, at a cost not to exceed $135,000.00. Further request for authorization for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order in an amount not to exceed $135,000.00, payable to GHD Consulting services. Funding is available in Capital Account #14SD17
- Request by the Purchasing Department for the following purchase order issued to Diehl & Sons, Inc., d/b/a New York Freightliner:
a)Purchase order #342878 for two (2) 6-Wheel Dumps with Plows and one (1) Diagnostic Tool at a total cost of $235,119.00.
Further, equipment is being purchased under Westchester County Contract RFB-WC-12302. Funding is available in the 2014 DPW Capital Budget, Project #14HW06, Account #006-5110-100-98-75.
- Request by the Purchasing Department for the following purchase order issued to Henderson Truck Equipment:
a)Purchase order #342883 for two (2) Stainless Multi-Task Body and Plow Trucks at a total cost of $183,000.00.
Further, equipment is being purchased via “piggybacking” under Oneida County Contract RBF#1685. Funding is available in the 2014 DPW Capital Budget, Project #14HW06, Account #006-5110-98-75.
