The following items are required to schedule/obtain a Certificate of Completion/Occupancy:
Applicaiton for CO
Final/updated survey *
Final electrical certificate *
Approval from the Bureau of Fire Prevention *
Backflow report *
Notice of Utilization *
Flame spread/smoke developemnt rating on flooring *
Tempered glass specifications *
