**NEW: COURT Telephone/Window Updated Hours of Operation (effective 07/10/2023 until further notice)**

Effective Monday, 7/10/2023 and until further notice, the Harrison Town Court's Customer Service Window will be open/operational on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY,  and are subject to complete closure depending on staffing levels (illness, vacations, etc).

Customer Service Window Hours are as follows (SUMMER HOURS):

  • Monday -- 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday & Thursday -- 9 a.m. to 12 Noon **
    **Window may be open after 12 Noon but cannot be guaranteed as the timing is dependent upon the ongoing court session.
  • Wednesday -- 9 a.m. to 12 Noon

In addition, telephone calls will only be accepted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Please do not reach out to other offices in the Municipal Building in an attempt to circumvent these telephone hours. Calls will not be answered outside of these hours. 

Please utilize all Online Transactions available at www.HarrisonTownCourt.com to the fullest extent possible to minimize telephone call waiting hours and and long lines at the Customer Service Window on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The Court will continue to accept postal mail and faxes (914-835-1262) on days when telephone calls are not being accepted and when the window is closed.
