  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:

 

  1. Request by Salvatore Corda owner of 1 Glen Park Road, Purchase for approval to be removed from the Mamaroneck Valley County Sewer District.

 

  1. Request to approve the 2015 Capital Budgets.

 

  1. Request by Anthony Robinson Commissioner of Public Works to authorize the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order to SealCoating, Inc. in the amount of $156,058.49. This is for additional microsurfacing materials in excess of the amount of the purchase order originally approved in 2014. Further funding is available in the 2015 DPW Capital Budget.

 

  1. Request by the Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #351717 to SealCoating, Inc., under New York State OGS Contract #PC66553, for the 2015 Microsurfacing Project for additional materials in the amount of $156,058.49. Further funding is available in the DPW Capital Budget Accounts 14HW12 and 15HW03.

 

  1. Request by Treasurer Maureen MacKenzie for authorization to add People’s United Bank as a depository for funds of the Town/Village of Harrison.

 

  1. Request by Anthony Robinson Commissioner of Public Works for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Harrison Leaf Transfer Station Site Improvements Project.

Late Item:

7.    Request by Village Engineer Mike Amodeo for authorization for the Purchasing Department to          advertise and receive bids for the Lincoln Lane Drainage District Improvements Project.
