ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION  

 

1.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to approve the request of Commissioner Anthony Robinson for the Road Resurfacing portion of his 2017 Capital Plan. The total request is for $2,050,000, of which $250,000 will be paid from CHIPS monies to be received from NYS Department of Transportation, and $1.8 million that will be bonded.

 

2.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a bond resolution in the amount of $1.8 million for Road Resurfacing 2017. 

 

3.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order 370941, issued to Sealcoating, Inc., under NYSOGS Bid Awards, Contract #PC67373, for the 2017 Pavement Rehabilitation Project of various Town roadways, in the amount of $250,000.00. Funding is available in the DPW Capital Budget Account #17HW01.

 

4.   Request by the Purchasing Department for approval to award a bid for the MaRiis Park Improvements – Phase 2a Playground Improvements. Back up to follow.
