1. PUBLIC HEARING – 2013 Village of Harrison Preliminary Budget.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
- Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for authorization for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Universal/Nestable Wheeled Refuse Containers for the Automated Sanitation Collection program. Further, funding is available in the approved 2012 DPW Capital Budget.
- a. Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for approval for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order in the amount of $92,220 to Better Power, Inc., for the purchase of two (2) State Contract Mobil Power Diesel Generators 100kw and 25kw with selectable voltage and heavy duty maximum performance package – Generator Models MMG130 and MG35FHD. Further, funding is available in DPW Capital Accounts 01GB11 and 11PW07.
3b. Request for approval for Purchase Order #323358 in the amount of $92,220 for two (2) Generac Mobile Power Diesel Generators for the Municipal Building. Further, funding is available as follows:
Account # 11PW07 $47,069.07
Account # 01GB11 $45,150.93
4. Revised Request by Purchasing Clerk Opal Mclean for approval for Purchase Order #323470 in the amount of $214,840 payable to John Vance Motors, c/o T.C.D., 420 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Mamaroneck, NY, for the purchase of five (5) 2013 Dodge Chargers with all equipment and extended warranties. This is included in the Westchester County Contract #WC-10256. Further funding is available under the 2012 Police Capital Budget and funds are available under Account #12PO26 in the amount of $210,000 and within Police Budget line 001-3120-100-04-02, $4,840.
