There will be a $15.00 processing fee for the withdrawal from any program regardless of reason. Partial refunds may be granted if the spot can be filled from a wait list. Refunds will not be granted after the start of the first session game or draft. Full refunds will be issued for any program that is cancelled by the Recreation Department
