A.        REPORT FROM SUPERVISOR BELMONT ON DECISIONS MADE AFTER THE VILLAGE BOARD RECONVENED AFTER EXECUTIVE SESSION HELD ON OCTOBER 3, 2013.

E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
            1.         Request by Commissioner of Public Works Anthony Robinson for authorization for Change Order #1 ($23,840) and Change Order #2 ($26,500) to the contract with Coppola Paving and Landscaping Corp., at a total cost not to exceed $50,340. Further, to authorize the Law Department to increase the upset limit for this contract from $67,400 to a revised contract amount of $117,740. Further, funding is available in Capital Accounts 13HW09 and 13HW11.

            2.         Request by Mayor Belmont for Authorization to execute Memorandum of Agreement with Local 456 International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
