E.         ACTIONS AND RESOLUTIONS:
1a.       Request by Chief of Police Anthony Marraccini for authorization to create a two-hour time limit parking from 7am to 7pm on the west side of Sunnyside Place, from Sunnyside Avenue to the dead end and on the north side of Emerson Place from Sunnyside Place to Danner Avenue.

1b.       Request by Chief Marraccini for authorization to prohibit parking on the east side of Sunnyside Place and Sunnyside Avenue to Emerson Place. When vehicles are parked on both sides of the roadway in the area of Sunnyside Place it creates the traffic lane to become narrow which can make it impassible for emergency vehicles.

1c.       Request by Chief Marraccini for authorization for a handicap parking spot to be installed on Columbus Avenue in the vicinity of #43, requested by a West Harrison resident due to a chronic health condition. Lt. DiBuono has reviewed and inspected the location where the proposed parking space would be installed and sees no reason for denial.

LATE
ITEM: 2.        Request by purchasing Clerk Marie Bailey for approval of a Bid Award to Bilotta Construction, 296 Purchase Street, Rye, NY, having met all the requirements of the specifications for West Street Roadway Realignment and Drainage Improvements Project at their total net bid price of $241,259.20.  Further, funding is available in Capital Account #12DR7.  Further requested to authorize the Law Department to prepare the contract, and the Mayor to execute the same
