Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference Adjournment Request

Please read the following instructions before proceeding to submit the adjournment request form. 

1) You may use this form request an adjournment of your scheduled Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference for traffic matter. You MUST be in receipt of the same letter displayed below to use this form.

2) If you have already appeared for a Pre-Trial Conference (or if you have waived the Pre-Trial Conference and demanded a trial immediately), and your matter is now scheduled for TRIAL, you cannot use this form to adjourn a TRIAL DATE.

2) You cannot use this form to submit an adjournment request for Vehicle and Traffic Law Misdemeanors or Felonies (charges such as Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration, etc.).Your appearance as indicated on your Appearance Ticket and/or Uniform Traffic Ticket, or correspondence from the Court, is expected and required. Your failure to appear may result in a warrant being issued.

Pre-Trial Conf Notice

You CANNOT use this form if you have previously requested an adjournment of an Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference! Your appearance as indicated on your notice is expected and required.
Please select the date that you are currently scheduled for and that you are requesting the Court reschedule from.
This number is located on your Appearance/Pre-Trial Conference Notice. If your Case Number ends in .01, .02, .03, etc., please only enter the 8 numbers preceding the decimal point. For example, if your number is 11112222.01, enter only 11112222
If you have spoken with a Court employee who has approved adjourning your matter to a specific adjourn date, please select that date from the calendar. If you have not received pre-approval, you may still submit this form; however, the Court will select your next and final date without your input.
Please enter the code that the Court Clerk with whom you spoke provided when Pre-Approving the adjourn date that you just selected. If the authorization code that you provide on this form is incorrect, the court will not honor this request when manually processing this web-form. You CANNOT select a date from the calendar above unless you have spoken with a Clerk.
