E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to release funds from Purchase Order #421426 payable to ELQ Industries, in the amount of $74,935.97. The funds will be used to issue new purchase orders as listed below for Harrison Meadows Country Club. The monies were encumbered for restaurant equipment, banquet equipment, small wares and janitorial supplies for Harrison Meadows Country Club.  Further request to issue new purchase order to STOREMORESTORE in the amount of $6,107.33 for the purchase of Golf Club and Golf Bag racks. Further request to issue a new purchase order to GC Reliable in the amount of $11,733 for the purchase of, and installation of, a mini split air conditioning system for the Cabana Grill. Further request to issue a new purchase order to Turf Products in the amount of $32,179.39 for the purchase of Greens Rollers. Further request to issue a new purchase order to Turf Products in the amount of $24,923.25 for the purchase of a seeding machine.

2. Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to authorize the Purchasing Department to go out to formal bid for the purpose of installation and purchase of lockers for the Harrison Meadows Country Club.

3. A) Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to amend Village Board Resolution V-2022-088. The request designated the use of ARPA Funds for 3 leases for the Harrison Meadows Country Club.

B) Request by, Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to amend Village Board Resolution V-2022-088 to re-allocate the $751,210.00 of ARPA funds, previously assigned to these leases, to other capital expenditure and building maintenance and supplies for the Harrison Country Club.

4. Request by, Village Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire ELQ Industries, Inc. for the Driving Range Net Repair that includes approximately  400 feet of netting to be installed, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00. ELQ Industries, Inc. was awarded the Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services Contract for Region 1 under the Gordian exICQ-City of White Plains contract #903198. This net repair will be funded through insurance recovery monies received by the Town. Funding is currently available within the Harrison Meadows Country Club Enterprise Fund #019-7030-100-0407. Further Request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to ELQ Industries, Inc. at an amount not to exceed $200,000.00.
