1. Public Hearing regarding the 2023 Preliminary Budget and the Sewer Rent Fee.

2. Public Hearing regarding Morgan Stanley Campus – Brightcore Community Solar Project, 2000 Westchester Avenue by Cuddy and Feder, LLP.

1. Request by, Personnel Manager, to approve the following Part-Time employee in the Recreation Department, effective December 1, 2022:

• Tyler Bocek              Recreation Attendant             $10.50 hourly 

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Albert Pirro, Jr on behalf of his client PipelogixLMS, to approve a proposal for Private Property Sewer Lateral Repair Program in Harrison. With the program the Town of Harrison would incur no costs, and homeowners would enjoy program benefits that include all work to clear blockages, inspect pipes with cameras, repair and replace pipes, all included with a low monthly charge. As part of the settlement of Clean Water Act Harrison agreed to establish a sewer lateral program to assist homeowners with the maintenance and replacement of their aging and leaking sewer pipes.

2. Request by, Director of Community Services, to accept the following donations for the Harrison Food Pantry:

• $2,000.00 from an Anonymous donor
• $1,000.00 from an Anonymous donor
• $96.62 from Leader Chivee Advisors, LLC – Nov. 1st via Paypal
• $28.64 from Thomas DeBourcy – Oct. 25th via Paypal

3. Request by, Superintendent of Recreation, Gerry Salvo, to accept the anonymous $25,000.00 donation for the Summer Concert Series.

4. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, for two (2) department members attend the Colt M4/M16 Armorers Course. This training will be held on April 4, 2023 through April 6, 2023 at Westchester County Police Academy at 2 Dana Road, Valhalla, New York. The cost of this training is $1,100.00. this is a budgeted item and funds are available in the Schooling Budget Line #001-3120-100-0415.

5. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, for the donation in the amount of $500 check #12740255 be accepted from Jonathan Hoff on behalf of the Jonathan and Judy Hoff Charitable Gift Fund, a donor-advised fund. This check should be deposited in the Police Donation Account line #009-0000-786-0000 and should be utilized for spending at discretion of the Chief of Police.

6. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, for the donation in the amount of $7,800.00 check #2673 be accepted from the Old Oaks Foundation on behalf of the members of Old Oaks Country Club. Each year they select the most essential local services and offer a donation to acknowledge their special work. This year, the Harrison Police Department was once again selected for their dedication commitment to this community. This check should be deposited in the Police Donation Account line #009-0000-786-0000 and should be utilized for spending at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
