D. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Leigh Wilkins and the Andrew L. Gurgitano Memorial Committee, to hold fireworks display at the Harrison Meadows Country Club on June 3, 2024 with a rain date of June 4, 2024 during a memorial tribute to Andrew preceding the annual golf tournament. Further request for the fees associated with the issuance of the fireworks permit be waived. This request also requires the approval of the Acting Fire Marshal and the Chief of Police.

2. Request by, Coordinator of Computer Services, Michael Piccini, to auction the following equipment online using the online auction company, Auctions International, at no cost to the town:

3. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire Wasp Engineering Group, PLLC for the inspection and reporting services for Town contract work, relating to sanitary sewer repairs at a cost not to exceed $25,000.00. The Town is performing sanitary repairs within various state roads, and as required by NYSDOT permit, must supply a third-party inspector. Funding for this contract is available in the sewer rent fund for special services Account #18-8120-100-0407. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Wasp Engineering Group, PLLC at an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.

4. Authorization to execute a Consulting Agreement with Cat5 Media, Inc., subject to final approval of the Agreement by the Law Department. Funding for 2023, in the amount of $6,000, is available in budget line 001-1900-100-4407, Town Fund, Special Items, Special Services.
