1.   Public Hearing RE: Pilgrim Road Drainage District – Increase and Improvement/Extension

  1. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1.    Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for a Bond Resolution for Pilgrim Road Drainage Improvements.              

2.    Request by Purchasing Department to award bid for the Pilgrim Road Drainage Improvements to ELQ Industries, Inc. at a total bid price of $355,215.00. Funding for this project is available in the Capital Account 12DR02. Further request to authorize the Law Department to prepare the contract and the Mayor to execute the same. Further request the Treasurer, upon receipts of claims to audit and upon audit the Mayor is to pay same.

3.    Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for authorization to enter into a professional services contract with Woodard and Curran for work associated with construction administration for the Pilgrim Road Drainage Improvements Project at a cost not to exceed $61,500.00. Further requests for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order payable to Woodard and Curran in an amount not to exceed $61,500.00. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account 12DR02.
