1.   Request by Deputy Town Attorney, Andrea Rendo, to adopt a Resolution approving the withdrawal of Jill E. Sanford and Rocco Totino, Block 0604, Lot 001 from the Blind Brook Sewer District. This is a County sewer district and does not affect Town funds.

 

2.   A. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing on August 16, 2018 for Westchester Joint Water Works Various Water System Improvements.

 

B.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing on August 16, 2018 for Westchester Joint Water Works Increase in cost for Barry Avenue/Macy Road Water Road Water Main..

Late Item:       C.        Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing on August 16, 2018, for Westchester Joint Water Works Increase in Cost Improvements to Kenilworth Booster Station.

 

3.   Request to adopt an updated Standard Work Day and Reporting Resolution for Elected and Appointed Officials to report to the New York State and Local Employee’s Retirement System. 

 

4.   Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, for authorization to approve the 2018 Department of Public Works Capital Budget in the amount of $2,350,000.

 

5.   A. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie,for approval of a Bond Resolution for Improvements at the Downtown Library in the amount of $205,000.

 

      B.   Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Improvements to Various Parks in the amount of $310,000.

 

      C.  Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Rehabilitation of the West Harrison Ball Field in the amount of $760,000.

 

      D.  Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Reconstruction and Resurfacing of Roads in the amount of $620,000.

 

6.   Request by Deputy Town Attorney, Andrea Rendo, to adopt a Resolution approving the withdrawal of Margaret and Jonathan Blum, Block 306, Lot 2 from the Mamaroneck Valley Sewer District. This is a County sewer district and does not affect Town funds.
