E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, to approve the Pavement Rehabilitation item from the 2021 Proposed Department of Public Works Capital Budget in the amount of $2,300,000. This funding is requested in advance of the 2021 DPW Capital Budget Proposal to be submitted shortly. Approval of these funds will enable the Town to continue the pavement rehabilitation program as outlined in the Pavement Management Study performed in 2015. This year, it is expected that crews will be in high demand due to backlogged work created last year by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

2.  A. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order numbers 410865, 410867, and 410869 to John Vance Motors, Inc. for the purchase of a total of three 2022 Dodge Durango Hemi PPV at a cost of $41,241.91 per vehicle. Items will be purchased trhough Westchester County Contract #RFB-WC-21098. Funding is available in Capital Account 20PO19, Account #006-3120-100-9875.

 

B. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order numbers 410866, 410868, and 410870 to The Cruiser Division (T.C.D.) for the purchase and installation of emergency lighting and sirens for the three 2022 Dodge Durangos at a cost of $24, 104.70 per vehicle. Items will be purchased through Dutchess County Contract #RFB-DCP-99-18 and installation labor through Westchester County Contract 5689BPS. Funding is available in Capital Account 20PO19, Account #006-3120-100-9875.

 

3. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410832 to Genessee Valley Ford for the purchase of a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT at a total cost $36,788.00. It will be purchased through DCMO BOCES contract #2020-133. Funding is available in Capital Account 20GB22, Account #006-1620-100-9875.

 

4. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410833 to Genessee Valley Ford for the purchase of a 2021 Ford Explorer XLT at a total cost $36,788.00. It will be purchased through DCMO BOCES contract #2020-133. Funding is available in Capital Account 20FM23, Account #006-3420-100-9875.

5. Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, to adopt a Resolution approving the withdrawal of Maria L. Seguinot, 246 Old Lake Street, Block 982, Lot 6, from the Mamaroneck Valley Sewer District. Village Board approval and referral to Westchester County originally occurred in a timely manner, however the request could not be processed as it did not coincide with Westchester County’s deadline for receiving sewer removal documentation. The County of Westchester is now requiring an updated Village Board Resolution.
