D. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, to participate in the Inter-Municipality Agreement between the County of Westchester Police Department and the Town/Village of Harrison Police Department. This agreement will have Westchester County supply Harrison PD with mobile police radios for the front-line police vehicles. This contract has been reviewed and approved by the Law Department. Further request for the Mayor to execute said agreement.

2. Request by, Town Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire ELQ Industries, Inc. for various site improvements to the downtown Harrison Public Library located on 2 Bruce Avenue, Harrison, New York, at a cost not to exceed $235,000.00. ELQ Industries, Inc. was awarded the Job Oder Contracting (JOC) Services Contract for Region 1, for General Contractor under the Gordian ezIQC – City of White Plains contract #093239. Funding for this project is available in the Downtown Library Renovations, Capital Account #24LB03. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order payable to ELQ Industries, Inc. at an amount not to exceed $235,000.00.
