A. REPORT FROM MAYOR DIONISIO ON DECISIONS MADE FOLLOWING VILLAGE BOARD MEETING HELD ON APRIL 7, 2022

D. PERSONNEL

1. Request by Personnel Manager, Debra Scocchera, to accept the Retirement of General Foreman for the Village of Sanitation Department, Angelo Delborgo. His retirement will be effective May 9, 2022.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Mayor, Richard Dionisio, to pass a Home Rule Resolution in support of New York State Assembly Bill Number A09758 and New York Senate Bill Number S08043. If this request is approved, a resolution is required for both pieces of legislation to pass, allowing the Village of Harrison to extend the effectiveness of its Hotel Occupancy Tax until September 1, 2025.
