1. Public Hearing for Proposed Local Law Enacting a New Chapter 4 entitled “Term Limits”.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by, Purchasing Department, to rescind Village Board Resolutions 2021—005A and 2021—005B. These Resolutions authorized PO #411459 to John Vance Motors for $84,107.85 and PO #411460 to TCD – The Cruiser Division for $14,382.35 for the purchase of a 2022 Dodge 5500 Dump Truck and Plow. After PO’s were approved and issued the vendor was notified that Dodge would not manufacture the model for 2022. Funds will be restored to Capital Account 20HW13.

2. Request by, Purchasing Department, for PO #421527 to be issued to Vance Country Ford for the purchase of a 2023 For F550 Dump Truck at a cost not to exceed $115,000.00. The truck will be purchase through Westchester County Contract #RFB-WC-22038 and accessories purchased through Dutchess County Contract #RFB-DCP-08-22. Funding is available in Capital Account 20HW13.

3. Request by, Purchasing Department, for PO #421697  to be issued to Vance County Ford for the purchase of a 2023 Ford F550 Dump Truck at a cost not to exceed $115,000.00. The truck will be purchased through Westchester County Contract #RFB-WC-22038 and accessories purchased through Dutchess County Contract #RFB-DCP-08-22. Funding is available in Capital Account 21PW.

4. Request by, Westchester Joint Water Works, to authorize the Preparation and Submission of an application of Grant to the Water Infrastructure Improvement Act (WIIA) and the Intermunicipal Water Infrastructure Grant Programs.

5. Request by, Mayor Dionisio, to accept file and publish the Negative Declaration pursuant to SEQRA for the Harrison Recreation & Community Center Site Plan located at Section 253, Block 25, Lots 28, 31, 33, 34 & 37.

6. Request by, Chief of Police, John T. Vasta, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the purchase of a 2022 Chevy Blazer 3LT.

7. Request to schedule a Public Hearing regarding increase and improvement of facilities for the consolidated water district at an estimated cost of $3,221,400. (Roll Call Vote)

8. Request to schedule a Public Hearing regarding proposed increased cost of the increase and improvement of the Consolidated Water District. The improvements consist of the Village’s share of the Rye Lake Filtration Plant Project (originally $3,280,000 now 6,780,000), a chlorination system project (originally $270,000 now $430,000) wholesale customer interconnection pressure regulator/meter vault Osborn Road (originally $134,500 now $229,500) and Anderson Hill Road (originally $272,766 now $364,766).
