E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #411632 to Superion Central Square for professional services for the eTRAKIT Community Development Portal. Funding is available in Capital Account #21GB10.

 

2. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #411580 to Wegner Corporation for the purchase of a Showmobile mobile stage. The stage will be purchased through OMNIA contract #R191204. Funding is available in Capital Account #21RE11.

 

3. Request by Chief of Police, John Vasta, to grant additional bond funding for the new police garage being built at police headquarters. This funding request is for design cost in the amount of $60,000.00.

 

4. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire ELQ Industries, Inc. for the upgrades to the Kenilworth Road Street Lighting System at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00. The project will provide electrical upgrades to the existing light pole system along Kenilworth Road, between Purchase Street and Westchester Avenue. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Project 21HW12, budget line 006-5110-100-9850. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to ELQ Industries, Inc. At an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.

 

5. A. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Supervisor to sign the NYSDOT Consultant Selection Certification, which will finalize the Town’s process resulting in the selection of Creighton Mannning Engineering LLP as the Town’s design consultant for the Union Avenue Sidewalk Project. The Town was awarded the NYSDOT TAP Grant for Union Avenue Pedestrian Safety Improvements.
