1. Discussion on Funding of approved Capital Projects.

3. Request by Purchasing Department for approval of Purchase Order #400940 issued to Vance Chevrolet c/o TCD for the purchase of a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe SSV with options in the amount of $49,260.24 including parts and labor. The equipment is being purchased through Westchester County Contract RFB-WC 1703, Dutchess County Contract RFB-DCP 9918 and Westchester County Contract 5689BPS. Funding is available in the Police Capital Account 19P014, account # 006-3120-100-9875.

4. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo for authorization to reject bids received for the Ma Riis Park Improvements Phase 2B Project. Only two bids were received both over the engineering construction cost estimates. Further request for authorization to decline the NYSDOT Pedestrian Improvements Grant associated with this project. It is believed that the costs associated with these NYSDOT requirements outweigh the potential grant reimbursement. Further request to re-advertise and receive bids for the project without the requirements or the benefits of the NYSDOT Pedestrian Improvement Grant.
