E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to rescind Village Board Resolution No. V-2023-067 and adopt a Bond Resolution in the amount of $3,000,000 for the Brentwood Brook Flood Plain Restoration Project. Roll call vote:

2. Request by Village Engineer, Michael J. Amodeo, to hire ELQ Industries, Inc. for electrical and lighting upgrades to the Harrison Library, at a cost not to exceed $90,000. ELQ Industries, Inc. was awarded the Job Order Contracting (JOC) Services Contract for Region 1, for General Contractor under the Gordian ezIQC- City of White Plains contract #903239. Funding for this project is available in the Downtown Library Renovations, Capital Account #24LB03. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a purchase order payable to ELQ Industries at an amount of $90,000.
