E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410290 to Vance Country Ford for the purchase of a 2021 Ford Interceptor Hybrid Utility vehicle at a cost of $39,270.13. The vehicle will be purchased through Rockland County contract RFB-RC-2019-072. Funding is available is Capital Account 19PO14, Account # 006-3120-200-9875.

 

2. A. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410300 to John Vance Motors, Inc. for the purchase of a 2020 Dodge Charger AWD at a cost of $28,163.81 The vehicle will be purchased through Westchester County contract #RFB-WC-15182. Funding is available in Capital Account #20PO19, Account #006-3120-100-9875.

 

B. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410301 to T.C.D. for the purchase of emergency lighting, sirens, and accessories for the 2020 Dodge Charger AWD at a cost of $22,266.68. The items will be purchased through Dutchess County contract #5689BPS. Funding is available in Capital Accounts #17PO12, 19PO14, and 20PO19, Account #006-3120-100-9875.

 

3. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #410298 to Axon Enterprises for the purchase of a 5-year contract for body camera systems at a cost of $357,027.22. Purchase is contingent on Law Department’s review and approval of the agreement. The items will be purchased through Sourcewell Contract #010720-AXN. Funding is available in Capital Account #20PO12, Account #006-3120-100-9875 and #001-3120-100-0410. Further request for Chief of Police, John Vasta, to execute the agreement.
