E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo, for Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, on behalf of homeowner Ted Demirjian, for the Board to create a resolution in order to request to the county to remove the property known as 33 Century Ridge Road (Block 0691, Lot 086) from the Westchester County Sewer District.

 

 

2. Requests by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Orders #420397 and #420398 to Vance Country Ford for the purchase of two 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid SUVs at a cost of $30,671.34 each. Items will be purchased through Washington County Contract #2021-30. Funding is available in Capital Account 21PW31, Account #006-1490-100-9875.

3. Request by Chief of Fire District #2, Ralph Straface, to modify the following contract for the J.R. Contracting & Environmental Co. who is working on the Harrison Fire House addition/renovation:

The total contract will now equal $4,621,367.00. Funding is available in Capital Account #21F203 with adequate planned contingency funds available for said change per the Architect’s project budget summary.

 

Further request for the Law Department to revise the contract, for the Purchasing Department to update the Purchase Order dollar amount, and for the Mayor to sign the change orders.

 

4. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to accept the NYS Water Quality Improvement Project (WQIP) Grant awarded in an amount not to exceed $5,000,000 for Town-wide Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Phase 1 Construction. Further request for the Village Engineer to sign the Acknowledgement and Acceptance form from the WQIP Grant, pending the final approval of the Contract terms and conditions by the Law Department.
