3. Appointment of Mitchell J. Baker by the Mayor as Deputy Village Attorney, for a term of one (1) year pursuant to Village Law § 4-400(1)(b), (c)

4. Re-Appointment of Maureen MacKenzie as Treasurer, for a term of two (2) years, pursuant to Village Law § 3-302(3)
