E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Commissioner of Public Works, Anthony Robinson, for the Mayor to execute the Agreement with Sustainable Westchester as it relates to the Village’s sanitation and recycling communications platform. The Agreement extends the Village’s relationship with Sustainable Westchester (SW), who created the Recycle Right App used by the Village of Harrison and surrounding communities. They also provide all maintenance on the app. The estimated annual cost is $5,500 and is a budgeted item. It is also expected that a grant from NYSDEC shall cover half of the cost in subsequent years. The Law Department as reviewed the Agreement and deems it satisfactory for execution.

2. Request by Chief of Fire District #1, Ralph Straface, to modify the following contracts with J.R. Contracting & Environmental Co., working on the Harrison Fire House addition/renovation, per Law Department approval:

Funding is available in Capital Account #21F203 with adequate planned contingency funds available for said change per the attached Architects budget summary. Further request for the Purchasing Department to update the Purchase Order dollar amount and for the Mayor to sign the Change Orders.
