1. Public Hearing Re: Consolidated Water District- Westchester Joint Water Works- Increase in Cost Kenilworth Water Storage Tank.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Deputy Village Attorney, Andrea Rendo for Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, on behalf of Homeowner Joshua E. Rockoff, for the Board to create a resolution in order to request to the county to remove the property known as 6 Clinton Lane (Block 506, Lot 4) from the Westchester County Sewer District.

 

2. A. Bond Resolution for Various Capital Items (Roll Call Vote)

B. Bond Resolution for Harrison Public Library, West Harrison Branch Improvements (Roll Call Vote)

 

3 A. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #411459 to John Vance Motors, Inc. for the purchase of a 2022 Dodge Ram 5500 Dump Truck with Crew Cab at a total cost of $84,107.85. The Dump Truck will be purchased through Westchester County contract #RFB-WC-21106. Funding is available in Capital Account #20HW13.

B. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order #411460 to The Cruiser Division (T.C.D.) for the purchase of a plow and sander for the 2022 Dodge Ram 5500 Dump Truck at a cost of $14,382.35. It will be purchased through Dutchess County Contract #DCP-99-18. Funding is available in Capital Account #20HW13.
