1. Consolidated Water District- Westchester Joint Water Works Various Projects

 

1A. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Consolidated Water District- Westchester Joint Water Works Various Projects in the amount of $5,840,000.

 

2. Consolidated Water District- Westchester Joint Water Works Increase in Cost- Various Water System Improvements

 

2A. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, for approval of a Bond Resolution for Consolidated Water District- Westchester Joint Water Works Increase in Cost- Various Water System Improvements $4,913,400.

E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

 

1. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to reject the current Bid received from Montesano Brothers, Inc. for the Harrison Police Department Parking Lot Expansion Project- Construction. Further request to re-advertise and receive bids for the Construction work for the Harrison Police Department Parking Lot Expansion.

 

2. Request by Purchasing Department to approve Purchase Order #391898, issued to Patrol PC in the amount of $21,382.00 for the purchase of Rhino tablets for Dodge Durangos. The equipment will be purchased through GSA contract #gs-35f-0143R. Funding is available in Capital Budgets 15PO15, Account #006-3120-100-98-70.

 

3. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Columbus Avenue Drainage Improvement Project.
