E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1.  Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for the Purchasing Department to advertise and receive bids for the Construction work for the Harrison Police Department Parking Lot Expansion.

2. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a professional services contract with Langan Engineering for Engineering Services and Construction Monitoring for Woodside Avenue Roadway Improvement Project at a cost not to exceed $14,500.00. Funding for this contract is available in Woodside Avenue Roadway Resurfacing Project Capital Account #18HW20. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Langan Engineering.

3. Request by Village Engineer, Michael Amodeo, for a change order to professional services contract with Langan Engineering for work associated with improvements to the Woodside Avenue roadway, at a cost not to exceed $6,500.00.  Further request that the Law Department increase the upset limit of the contract by $6,500.00 from $44,000.00 to $50,500.00. Further request for the Purchasing Department to increase Purchase Order 341124 to Langan Engineering from $44,000.00 to $50,500.00. Funding for this contract is available in the Woodside Avenue Roadway Resurfacing Project Capital Account #18HW20.

4. Request by Deputy Town Attorney, Andrea Rendo, to adopt a Resolution approving the withdrawal of Daniel and Phyllis Amicucci, Block 0611, Lot 70, from the Blind Brook Sewer District.
