E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION

1. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing for Rye Lake Filtration Facility Improvements, Westchester Joint Water Works Various Projects.  (Roll Call Vote)

2. Request by Treasurer, Maureen MacKenzie, to set the date for a Public Hearing for the Westchester Joint Water Works Increase in Cost of Barry Avenue/Macy Road Water Main. (Roll Call Vote)

3. Request by Purchasing Department to issue Purchase Order number 410604 to Beam Mack Sales Services Inc. in the amount of $256,598.34, for a 2022 Mack Granite 64BR, including options and an additional warranty. The item will be purchased through Onondaga County contract #8996. Funding is available in Capital Account 15SA11, Account #006-8160-100-9870 and 20SA11, Account #006-8160-100-9875.

4. Request by Town Engineer, Michael Amodeo, to hire Con-Tech Construction Technology, Inc. for Construction Services for the creation of approximately 300 feet of new sidewalk along Harrison Boulevard, which will complete a pedestrian connection between Pearl Avenue and Lake Street at the White Plains border, at a cost not to exceed $33,865.00. Funding for this contract is available in Capital Account #20HW17. Further request for the Purchasing Department to issue a Purchase Order payable to Con-Tech Construction Technology, Inc. at an amount not to exceed $33,865.00.
