E. ACTIONS AND RESOLUTION
- Request by Mayor Belmont to extend the Village of Harrison to having a hotel room occupancy tax. Home Rule Resolution supporting both the New York State Assembly Bill No. A4983 and the New York State Senate Bill No. S3755 in relation to the imposition of the Hotel Occupancy Tax in the Village of Harrison was filed in 2016. The purpose of this request is to extend by 3 years the authorization to have a hotel room occupancy tax not to exceed 3%.
